The condominium is located in the small village of Puerto Aventuras, 50 minutes south of the Cancun Airport. The resort is centrally located to the many area tourist attractions. A self-contained resort possessing all the amenities to make your vacation enjoyable, relaxing and affordable.Transfers from Cancun airport to the condo are available. Or, you may wish to rent a car at the Cancun airport.
The condominium sleeps four in two private rooms. The master suite has a king-size bed with full tile bath. The kitchenette/living room has a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and a second full bath.The queen sleeper sofa is comfortable for children or young adults.Each room has separate entrances with connecting doorway affording privacy for each room as desired. The unit is very clean and neatly furnished. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning,and ceiling fans. The third floor balconies overlook a private swimming pool, a world class marina and the beautiful aquamarine ocean.
This condo is located on the third level, front and center facing the ocean with a 180 degree view of the marina and the ocean beyond. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, 27" cable TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. A full tile bath, closet space and dresser accommodate all your clothing needs. The balcony overlooks your large private swimming pool.
The Kitchenette has a large refrigerator, microwave oven, two burner cook top, large sink, coffee maker and toaster oven. Glassware, dishes, cooking and eating utensils are provided should you wish to eat in.The Living Room has a dining table and four chairs. Coffee table, queen size sleeper sofa, two side tables with reading lamps. The room has a separate air conditioning unit with two ceiling fans. A full tile bath is located off the hallway. A 21" cable TV is provided. The front of the living room has floor to ceiling glass door sliders affording a continuous ocean view. Early morning coffee or evening cocktails on the balcony is very enjoyable.
